Omnipresence Ventures India Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our") operates Omni Dashboard (the "App"), a B2B SaaS platform that provides field force tracking and workforce management capabilities to businesses. 3. Camera & Location Access

Important: Camera and location permissions are requested only when needed and only after you are clearly prompted. You may deny or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

Location (GPS): The App requests access to your precise location solely for the purpose of field force tracking. Location data is collected only while the App is in use.

Camera: The App requests camera access solely for capturing proof-of-visit photographs, on-site task documentation, and attendance verification.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for: providing and operating the App's field force tracking features; authenticating users; generating reports; improving App performance; communicating service updates; and complying with legal obligations.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share data only with your employer/organization, trusted service providers, or when required by law.

Third-Party AI Processing:

The App uses third-party AI services to power certain optional features. All AI-powered features require your explicit action to use, and you may always choose to skip them and proceed manually.

1. Document Scanning

When you choose to scan a visiting card, GST certificate, or cancelled cheque, the document image may be sent to a third-party AI service for text extraction.

  • Data sent: The document image you capture or upload.
  • Data extracted: Business details such as company name, contact information, GST number, bank details, and related fields depending on the document type.
  • Purpose: To auto-fill form fields and reduce manual data entry.
  • Consent: You are informed before each scan that the image may be processed by third-party AI. You may skip scanning to fill in details manually.

2. AI Chat Assistant

The App includes an optional AI chat assistant that helps you query and manage tasks, leads, beat plans, and other business data.

  • Data sent: Your chat messages and conversation history may be sent to a third-party AI service for generating responses.
  • Purpose: To provide conversational assistance for business operations.
  • Consent: Using the chat assistant is entirely optional. You choose when to send messages.

3. Voice Processing

The chat assistant supports optional voice input and audio playback.

  • Data sent: Voice recordings (for speech-to-text) and chat response text (for text-to-speech) may be sent to a third-party speech processing service.
  • Purpose: To convert voice to text and generate audio responses.
  • Consent: Voice features require you to tap the microphone button. You may type instead at any time.

All third-party service providers used by the App are contractually bound to protect your data and do not use it for training AI models under our service agreements.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only as long as necessary. You can request account deletion at any time at info@omnipresence.in.

8. Your Rights

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. International Data Transfers

We use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) when transferring data internationally.
